Meets Christmas

Celebrate the season with crafts, campfires, s’mores, and plenty of holiday cheer!

The Details

Dates: December 20, 21, 22, 23
Ages: 4 - 12
Tuition: $110/camper/day

The Activities

We hope your campers are ready to enjoy festive favorites like ornament-making, holiday crafts, and cookie decorating, plus two bounce houses inside our activity center! We’ll also have plenty of outdoor adventures, including zip lines, rope swings, fishing, s’more roasting, sports, Bazooka Ball, horseback riding, and hiking!

Campers get the freedom to choose their own activities throughout the day — just like summer camp! For our youngest campers (age 4), we offer special junior groups with their own dedicated counselor to guide them in a smaller setting.

Our team of counselors will be at every station to support campers, encourage safe play, and keep the fun going. Everyone will come together for a cozy lunch break at 11:30 in our heated shop before heading back out for an afternoon full of adventure.

Optional Add-Ons

Bus Transportation: We offer bus transportation from Ballard High School for $15 per camper, per day. The bus departs at 9:00 AM and returns at 3:30 PM, with campers riding alongside our counselors. Carpool is also available—drop-off begins at 9:00 AM and pick-up is at 3:15 PM.

Lunch: A hot lunch is available each day for $15. Menus rotate between camper favorites like chicken nuggets, JET’S pizza, and hotdogs, served with sides such as fruit pouches, Go-Gurt, string cheese, chips, and pudding. Campers are also welcome to pack their own lunch from home.

Snack Shack: The Snack Shack will be open daily with both holiday-themed goodies and summer camp favorites. Special treats like hot chocolate, s’mores kits, and peppermint cotton candy make the Christmas Camp Snack Shack extra festive! You can load snack shack funds to your account by selecting "camp store" in the parent portal.

What To Wear & Bring

We can’t wait for camp, and one of the best ways to set your camper up for a fun-filled day is making sure they’re dressed for the weather! While we do have plenty of indoor and heated spaces, we spend as much time as possible outside exploring, playing, and adventuring. Nothing puts a damper on the day like being uncomfortable in the cold, so bundling up is key. As the old saying goes, “you can always take it off.”

Here are a few helpful reminders when packing for the day:

• Dress your camper in warm layers — snow bibs, boots, hats, and gloves are highly recommended.
• Pack a change of clothes, especially extra socks (cold, wet feet can end the fun quickly!).
• If you are not purchasing lunch, please be sure to pack one.
• Send your camper with a water bottle — we’ll have filling stations available throughout camp.

These little steps will go a long way in keeping campers happy, comfortable, and ready to enjoy every part of Christmas Camp!

A holiday adventure awaits!
