Session 5: June 30-July 4 (we do have camp on July 4th)

Session 6: July 7-11

Session 7: July 14-18

Session 9: July 28 – August 1

2025 Camp Prices

Tuition is $375 (plus 6% KY sales tax) per camper, per week.  In order to reserve a spot, you must pay 50% of the registration cost ($187.50) which includes a non-refundable $50 registration fee. The remaining balance will be due on May 1, 2025.  We have a monthly payment plan option if you would like to pay off the balance over time, concluding May 1.

Snack Shack: $15-$25 (recommended)

Refunds and Withdrawals

If you choose to withdrawal your child from camp you will receive a full refund less your $50 non-refundable deposit.  Our non-refundable deposit covers administrative costs, as well as credit card merchant and processing fees.
