2024 Session Dates (Registration Opens November 1, 2023)

Session 1: June 3-7

Session 2: June 10-14

Session 3: June 17-21

Session 4: June 24-28

Session 5: July 1-5 (we do have camp on July 4th)

Session 6: July 8-12

Session 7: July 15-19

Session 8: July 22-26

Session 9: July 29 – August 2

2024 Camp Prices

Tuition is $375 (Includes 6% KY sales tax) per camper, per week. There is a $50 fee for Junior High Ho, which is optional for 5-year-olds and mandatory for 4-year-olds.  In order to reserve a spot, you must pay 50% of the registration cost ($187.5) which includes a non-refundable $50 registration fee. The remaining balance will be due on May 1, 2024.  We have a monthly payment plan option if you would like to pay off the balance over time, concluding May 1.

Refunds and Withdrawals

If you choose to withdrawal your child from camp you will receive a full refund less your $50 non-refundable deposit.  Our non-refundable deposit covers administrative costs, as well as credit card merchant and processing fees.
